Stoecklin logistics produces shelf control devices for this application mainly in one-mast execution. The devices are manufactured in 3 increments up to an altitude of max. 42 m. The devices are available with one lifting attachment single deep, with two lifting attachments single deep and with one lifting attachment double deep. The payload depends on respective case of application between > 1000 kg up to max. 1500 kg. The maximum speed of driving and lifting depends of the necessary number of storages and paging.
the BOXer - series
With the BOXer Stoecklin has developed an automatic small article storage, which becomes fair for highest requirements in storage capacity and throughput strength. The modular bOXer - series work with a dynamic lifting attachment technology for a simple and double deep storage structure. The SCD is expandable with two lifting attachments, which are decoupled headed over 2 independently driving stroke drives, both for simple and for double deep storage. In connection with intelligent LVS strategies drives will be saved and thus optima in the camp throughput will be reached. This will be supported by a high-dynamic lifting attachment cycle of 2 and 3,5 (single or double deep). In consequence of the intelligent lightweight construction of the devices even performances need drive sizes in driving 7,5KW and lifting 2x 3,0KW of v=6m/s and a=3m/s² only. One reason more that the devices are working with smallest wear indicators. An absolutely axis parallel working without jerking holds the track curve level of this BOXer equipment system on a stand which is claimed by the mechanics. Also all drives are not regulated by the FU as usually, but by the own S7-control. Damping times are void completely. Serving intervales are correspond to the actual loads of the SCD, because the control of the loads, detours and circuits of all crucial elements and construction groups will be logged automatically and permanently adjusted with the appropriate life expectancy values. A working support by remote maintenance belongs to the standard for the customers.

The built-in frequency converter converts the kinetic energy of the descending extractor into electrical energy and feeds it back into the electrical supply system. This enables up to 40% of the required energy to be recovered depending on the rate of travel.
Continuous monitoring of the load situation in the Rotomat® and adherence to the storage recommendations ensures that an even load distribution is achieved. This means only minimal energy is needed to start the storage carousel rotating.
All systems that consume energy even when in standby mode are closed down by the control system in 4 EcoMode® levels (energy-saving levels). This reduces the energy intake of the Hänel storage systems to a minimum when they are not being used.
